The Barbeques Will Be Fired Up
lots of great homemade food!!
We will have the barbeques fired up and will be cranking out hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, chicken, along with chips, various homemade salads and deserts, and ice cold drinks.
Saturday evening we are having a Barbequed Pig Roast!! A 100 pound fresh pig is going to be slow cooked in one of those big portable real charcoal barbeques. They actually start the slow cooking of the pig the day before. I have been lucky enough to have tasted this slow cooked pig, and it is mumm mumm good!! Baked potatoes will also be slow cooked in the barbeque (very tasty), along with corn on the cob and Eric's Mom's secret recipe for baked beans. A soda or water is also included. (FYI a beer also tastes really good with this dinner - BYOB)
Will have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and donuts both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
